Hello. Is it answers you’re looking for?

Is Good Art a non-profit?

Good Art is not a non-profit. Instead we’re a Minnesota Registered General Benefit Corporation and are currently undergoing a rigorous certification process to gain our B-Corp Certification. We aim to meet the highest of standards for social and environmental responsibility which means being transparent with our customers, always. We lift the veil behind our business so you can see how we’re making a global impact. Read more about Benefit Corporations here.

Why not give 100% of the proceeds to the non-profit?

We believe in full transparency when it comes to where our funds go. Our profits cover each campaign’s marketing, printing, and sourcing costs. After that, an average of 60% of all proceeds are given directly to the public figure’s chosen nonprofit organization.

When will I get my good art?

We know! You can’t wait to get your hands on your new print. (We can’t wait either). Our campaigns last for one week. Then, once they close shop, you can expect your print to ship 5-7 days after.

Why is ground shipping the only option?

Good things take time. And so do packages that are shipped sustainably. We use ground shipping to get your art to you safely, responsibly, and with a low carbon footprint. The earth thanks you for your patience.

How do I help save the planet by shipping my tube back?

If you’re not going to be transforming your poster tube into a musical instrument or DIY telescope, send it back! We’ll use it for the next customer and you’ll get cosmic karma for reusing the earth’s resources. Simply check your order box for a return shipping label, and drop it off at your local post office.

What’s the best way to unpack my print?

We’re glad you asked! To uncurl and flatten your poster that has been in a tube, reverse roll it back around the exterior of the tube, tape, and wait one hour. Or, add two heavy books (one on each end) and wait 24 hours.

Can I buy a print from a campaign that’s over?

Unfortunately, due to the limited edition nature of our collaborations once a campaign is over, the pieces are no longer available. But don’t worry, more good is on the way. Check back for future campaigns and stay in the know by signing up for our emails or by following us on Instagram.

What if I want to return my print?

Because each piece is custom, limited-edition artwork they are non-refundable. If your print arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@getgoodart.com so we can take care of you.
